Casa Iolanda is on the third floor, with no lift, of a Liberty-style building typical of early-1900s Bari. Inside it has been recently renovated: 50 bright, quiet square metres designed for two.
The entrance opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine, kettle, induction hob, oven and TV. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower; the bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, TV and air conditioning.

Is Casa Iolanda close to Bari old town and the seafront?
Yes. On foot it is 15 minutes to the Petruzzelli Theatre, 18 to the seafront, 21 to Piazza Mercantile and about 25 to the Basilica of Saint Nicholas, through the shopping streets of the Murat district.
Is it a good place to stay near Bari Policlinico hospital?
Yes: the Policlinico is 1.6 km away, a 22-minute walk or 6 minutes by car. The Giovanni Paolo II Cancer Institute and Mater Dei Hospital are about 8 minutes by car. If you need to stay for several weeks, for example to be near a relative in hospital, message us.

How does check-in work? What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in is self check-in with a key lockbox, from 3 pm to 11:30 pm: we send you instructions before arrival and only ask for your expected time. Check-out is by 10 am. When the calendar allows, we do our best for early arrivals, late departures or luggage storage.
How many guests can stay? Can we bring a baby?
Up to 2 adults in a double bed. For children aged 0 to 2 a cot is available on request at €10 per night. There are no extra beds.
Is there a lift?
No: the apartment is on the third floor of an early-1900s Liberty-style building with no lift. If you have heavy luggage or difficulty with stairs, message us before booking.
Is the Wi-Fi good for remote work? Is there a TV?
Yes: the flat has a fibre connection with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a comfortable table for your laptop. There are two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen.
