Privacy notice

This notice explains how we handle the data you send us through www.casaiolanda.it, under Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

When you send a booking request: first and last name, email, phone, stay dates, number of guests, expected arrival time and any notes. We never collect payment details on the website.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and manage the booking: pre-contractual and contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• To meet legal obligations linked to your stay, such as guest registration with the police and tax requirements (Art. 6.1.c). The required ID documents are collected at check-in, not through the website.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not become bookings are deleted automatically after 13 months. Data for confirmed bookings is kept for the period required by tax law.

Processors

Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and request storage) and Resend (email delivery). They may process data outside the EU under the safeguards of Articles 44 ff. GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). We never sell or share your data.

Cookies

The website uses no profiling or analytics cookies. One technical cookie remembers the language you chose. The OpenStreetMap map only loads if you press the button to open it.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability (Articles 15–22 GDPR) at any time by writing to info@casaiolanda.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
